I think it's disgraceful that a record label would sign him and promote him in this manner simply because he's from Africa and has led a hard life. They are trying to seriously promote him as a legitimate artist, but let's face it - English not being his native tongue notwithstanding, his lyrics are atrocious and he will be (and is, in fact, currently being) lampooned for it. It's a shameless exercise in making a quick buck.
