so what I'm after is a 1200 x 600 banner made in 2 parts 1200 x 300 to comply with the rules.

I guess each image needs to be resized to about avatar size or similar to make them all fit (if possible),

and my name in there somewhere

Aren't the max dimensions 400 x 100 therefore making it 400 x 200 for a double size banner? Or is this for another forum?

yeh, sorry you're right 400 X 100 (x 2)

can I have a blue and gold type background, or just use the surf as background, or sumfin

my current banner being 2 banners side by side was causing vertical scrolling on some resolutions

they were the correct size in dimensions and pixies

this time I'm going for one banner on top of the other centre aligned, but I've got to find all the images again

Arrr yeah, the way I have mine. I find this way more convenient
