The club needs to be smart about who they appoint. We finally have a good crop of juniors and make no mistake they won’t hang around if we appoint a rookie. In this game you need to earn respect. Unfortunately every single coach that has been short listed is a few years off from getting that. Only a few can do it in a short time eg madge and Robbo That short list of coaches being mentioned isn’t really telling me they are in the same caliber as madge or Robbo
