What is your favourite basketball book? I have a big collection, but a lot of them are older and I'm not sure if they made it to Aus. But I just re-read a fairly recent one called The Punch, by John Feinstein (2002). It's the story of Kermit Washington and Rudy Tomjanovich and the aftermath of the terribly damaging punch that Washington hit Rudy T with in a fight in 1977. Anyone read it?
