I'm a fan of a yellow jersey allllll dayyy instead of white. but f**k me blue shorts would have looked rad.
don't they remember the banana broncos...
It won't be all gold, the socks are still blue as shown on Parra's instagram

Titans with some heritage-style street wear

Clubs need to put out more lifestyle apparel and streetwear produced by their apparel partners. It has a level of ’authenticity’ (for a lack of a better word) that the Cotton On stuff and stuff from other smaller brands doesn’t.

I have an ISC varsity-style Storm jacket from 2019 which has just the Storm S logo and ISC logo. Still wear it to this day.

I would also like to see Mitchell and Ness do more custom throwback gear for the clubs - instead of just producing the same items for every club.

Titans H&A, Roosters A, Broncos H&A, Knights H&A, Cowboys H&A, Parra H…just awful.

There’s still more terrible jerseys to name and shame but I’ve gotten a migraine from looking at these alone. Someone else can finish the job if they’re a gluttony for punishment.

The NRL needs to put a stop to Souths taking the piss out of the entire concept of an alternate jersey. The only difference between the Souths regular and alternate jerseys is the colour of the badges, sponsor's logo and some thin piping on the sleeves and collar. Other than that, they are identical.

Not good enough. Souths shouldn't get special treatment.

My thoughts too.

They kinda got away with this rort when the side-panels were huge & they even had the black or white trim on the shoulders, but the current design reduces that to basically collar, shorts & logo.

I used to think this but I take a more "full kit" view now - that includes shorts and socks etc. When paired with shorts matching the trim it provides a pretty decent difference in contrast.

The problem comes when they wear the black piping home jersey with black shorts against clubs with naturally dark kits themselves. No idea how to fix that.

Random query but would people find it helpful if the NRL made public the weekly jersey allocations?

There is already a document circulated to the clubs every week with those allocations, but these are not made public at this stage - which could change if there's enough public interest.
