I can't wait till next week. Panthers still have very slim semi hopes. Should be a ding dong battle of the westies.

I LOVE IT!

Wouldn't worry Tigers fans, the Panthers were very ordinary against the Dogs regardless of the 28-6 scoreline. The score was misleading in that the the Doggies were absolutely tragic and dropped more ball in one match than I think they did in the whole 2004 season. The Bulldogs are an out and out embarrassment.

It was like watching two blind people fumbling around for a needle in the haystack, some of the worst attacking efforts I've seen. If the Panthers had been playing Saints or Parra, they would have been smashed!

You guys have nothing to lose......we have the pressure on us.

Well, thats how Im unrelistically seeing it, I know Sheens can turn it around, tell his players..."Youre in the eight, you cant be knocked out of the eight, a loss isnt the end, but a win would be better."

I see the Panthers throwing it around like its never been thrown around before, maybe a high scoring affair on the cards.

Im hoping a huge and partisan crowd at TS will get us home.....we could have used a few home crowd decisions on the weekend.

You have a point there, we have not exactly set the world on fire lately - we have only been doing enough to get over the line. We really should have put away the Warriors, Roosters and Bulldogs - we definitely had our chances. But we have won our last four, so we definitely have momentum.

It's the story of our season though - we just lack execution, but I think our confidence has been coming back lately - it was shot to pieces in the middle of the season.

I think we can convincingly defeat theTigers on Sunday, if we play to our true potential. But I can not see it happening - if we win, it will be a 1-13 margin.

But if Manly win on Saturday, we may very well submit to defeat. I just can't tell at the moment.

Still, wanting Manly to win is akin to wanting to date Lorena Bobbit on the re-bound.

The mouthwash is ready for Simon and myself if Manly win..

You said it yourself mate.

Manly win, Pennies might think about Mad Monday instead of the game.

Fair enough... you could be right there. Nothing to play for... but ask the Northern Eagles team of 2002 the same question though... ;-)

Fair point but the difference is that before this weekend the Pennies are still a chance of making the 8, if Manly win they can't. In 2002 you couldn't make it with the win.

Hopefully Manly will win and extinguish your blokes from the 8 and they'll lay down to help out their Westie mates. lol
