you'll find many panthers fans that will agree but the club seems determined to pursue it. Personally I feel sorry for the guy who sings it, he gives it his all but quite obviously isn't appreciated widley within the crowd.

There is widespread opposition to it, but the club management (in their wisdom) are going to stick with it, with the opinion that it'll "grow on you".

It won't.

Exhibit A: The youtube clip... it goes on for about 5 seconds after the song finishes, and there is an overwhelming amount of boo-ing! :lol:

Full marks for trying new things, but if they don't work or not popular, what's the point of carrying on?

Agree with most comments about wanting to get rid of it but I also must say this: SATURDAY NIGHTS effort seem to be the best so far this year - at least it improved, most unlike the footy team, the singer is putting in the effort!!!

I don't think I can ever see it "growing" on me... you can pratically feel everyone in the stadium cringe when it comes to that time of the night...

He's a great singer, this is nothing against him personally it's just not what we need at the football... they can put the words up there week in week out but you'll never hear the crowd at Penrith Stadium singing that one at the top of their lungs.
