Rugby League World Cup: How to follow the tournament on BBC television, radio, online & social media

The BBC will broadcast all 61 games from the men's, women's and wheelchair editions of the Rugby League World Cup.

Looks like more than half of the men’s games are on bbc 1/2/3 and the rest on iPlayer. Then there are also live women’s and wheelchair games on bbc 1/2/3 with the rest on iPlayer.

Also two documentaries launching.

This is unprecedented coverage, I can’t wait.

BBC is really putting a lot of support behind the tournament which is amazing.

The fact they're also covering games on radio, doing regular podcasts, adding highlight packages to YouTube, TikTok, etc will make it the most accessible tournament ever in the UK.

Here's hoping this sees a record number of sporting casuals catch matches and for the other media groups to also give it some decent coverage.

Looks like the BBC are well informed!
This is the turning point for Rugby league internationally and sure to be the most competitive by 3 fold!
And now we have the coverage for it!
So exciting great times for Rugby league.
They only did a world cup in 2008 to celebrate 100 years in Rugby league and just look at the unprecedented growth in that time!

Great to hear, hopefully it’s a big boost to the game in the northern hemisphere, they need to find new markets to attract more money to the game.
The nrl gets billions in revenue from tv rights.
