Beale & Tahu in the Centres

Waratahs have Beale at 12 and Tahu at 13 for this weeks match against the Cheetahs.

This will be interesting, to say the least. With Turner playing 15 and Halangahu 10, it could be a try-fest for the Waratahs.

Tahu & Beale have been criticised for their defence this year - so they can expect to have Cheetahs running at them all match.

Looking forward to this one.

more like a sign of desperation to get the bonus point

hard to say, they are just so inconsistent

Beale & Tahu had their best games of the year. Beale keeps putting players in space and it was good to see Tahu with some room to move.

Very scrappy game.

Tuquiri dropping the ball over the line was a strange one, then Beale going for a drop goal from about 55 out

They made the breaks but didn't have any idea how to finish anything off.

Tahu looked very dangerous all match.

That SA side deserved to have 50 put on them the way they played, absolutely terrible playing standards.

I only watched it because Fox didn't put the Parra replay on, each time I've watched any of the S14 games this year, I'm astounded at the lack of ball handling skills, it's below par for Jim Beam cup.

The tahs can't attack properly and the Reds don't go forward first before attacking.

As for the SA side, if they're in the top 5 SA sides, they have massive problems.

Tuquiri went out of his way to drop that ball. I'm still not sure how he managed it all on his own. That Beale field goal attempt was also something out of left field. The Waratahs pick a team with a bonus point in mind - and then Beale attempts his only long range field goal of the season.

The handling was less scrappy than it has been for the Tahs. They sttill did not finish well - but they did not drop it as much. The Cheetahs look like a good side- but you cannot win rugby matches when you fail to win your own lineouts, you lose scrums on your own feed and your scrum gets dominated in every respect. Discipline - petty infringements and poor ball security - are what cost the Cheetahs.

Expect a game that appears scrappy when you compare rugby to the more structured rugby league. League looks very scrappy when compared to NFL. Doesn't mean it is worse, just that the viewer has to be a bit more educated about the differences - or you'll end up whinging about things you just don't understand or appreciate.
