Beau Ryan is a solid winger. He's not a game breaker but teams can't afford every player to be a game breaker. He's quick enough, happy to put his body on the line, not afraid of going up for a high ball, and can finish a try in the corner (which these days happens faster than the camera can record it so that's pretty good!).

I'm happy with the him running around. Even if he doesn't make Tuiaki metres with his hit ups, he's still putting his hand up for them. Which means that the occasions where there is a little chink in the defence we have a flyer with the ball in-hand.
