Beer Prices at Shark Park...

They have gone up to $4.50, no longer the cheapest beer in the NRL
What was it last year $4.20? Cronulla have had the cheapest beer for the last 5yrs, I knew it would come to an end but I'm still no happy! I could boycott but I love beer and footy so they have got me the bastards!

i tend not to drink as much these days during the game, could be put down to a number of things

1. i'm too nervous at watching the nerve racking cronulla sharks.
2. everytime i go to the bar something happens in the game
3. i'm so engrossed in the game being a TRUE fan
4. chicks walking past look that good i don't need beer to make them look good compared to other grounds!

Bastards...5 beers a game at 30 cents extra = $1.50 a game.

12 home games a year = $18 a season that the faithful shouldn't be paying!

I never get up for beer or a piss during the game, I stock up before kickoff and go to the toilet and do the same at half-time, that way I never miss a minute of footy and can still have a few beers!

two season ago they were 3.50 which was reasonable

oh well i hope the simple economics of the situation at least makes the lines shorter - or enables them to hire more staff

I get beer during the game. There is a tv in the bar I go to (under et stand). 4.50 is expensive for that hangover in a cup they serve though.....

I yell smartarse comments during the game,
I spill beer during the game.

about the only thing I dont do much of during the game is watch the footy.

I'll quit when it hits 10 bucks a cup.

And the only way you can get a bourbon is to have a few in the club before the game, get a passout and sneak up the club for a few during the breaks or wait till after the game...... :shock:

Or if i am that desperate i sneak a hip flask in and get a few cans of pepsi and mix my own..... :lol:

I really don't give a dam about the price but what really sh1ts me is when the kids behind the bar don't have a clue and the beer is not cold and flat. Unfortunately the club doesn't see the point in training casual bar staff. How many times I've gone in to buy a beer early in the day and they have 10 or 12 already lined up on the bar for goodness knows how long.
