We desperately need mongrel forwards who possess a spartan work ethic unlike the pathetic overpaid bludgers like sironen.

Barba is a headcase & a disfunctional WT wouldn't be on Copleys radar.

Can Barba play in the backrow?

I know he is about the same size as Halatau but still might be a stretch...

Brooks is in Barba's league re disinterest & meekness in defence whereas at least Moses has a go & it's the huge weight deficiency that lets him down.

Anyway our probs revolve around our piss weak forwards.Moses would be a world beater behind an aggressive pack although I have huge doubts about the brain dead brooks cutting it.Moses should be running this team around the park & the concern is that we may lose him in '17 as the predators like the dogs r circling.

Give Brooks time. He has the talent, just needs greater motivation and direction.

Moses was written off early but improved steadily and continues to as time goes by. Brooks was labelled the next Andrew Johns and his form slumped with the structure he was forced to play under.

IMO the halves need to gel together better. For two players that have played all their footy together they don't look like it

Brooks is going along just fine, he was a kid thrown to the wolves. His defence will improve, but lets face it Thurston misses plenty of tackles but you do not hear anyone bagging him

Don't get so stressed, ted. Your club has already picked up your forwards answer cheaply from the qld cup. You probably think they are only park footballers but have another look at how the jets dismantled your nsw cup champs thanks mainly to the power games of griffin and McConnochie. I will bet you will be surprised thru the trials and into round one.
