I was just curious to find out a bit of information about Ben Jefferies, Wakefield halfback.

1. How many games did he play in the NRL?

2. How do you think he would go in the NRL?

3. Any other information would be great thank you.

1. He played the 2001 and 2002 seasons with the Wests Tigers before leaving for Wakey, not sure how many games exactly he played.

2. Allthough he's been playing great at Wakey, he probally wouldn't be amoungst the top 15 halfbacks in the NRL, IMO.

3. He scored 7 tries and kicked 5 goals for the Tigers in 2001/2002. Has brown hair.

He had a good season in 2004 and looked a different player to the one who struggled in 2003. In fact in 2003 a lot of Wakey fans didn't rate him.

Whether he can continue such good form in 2005 is up to him.

1. Played a handful of first grade games. At the end of 2002, Sheens choose Withers over him to be our halfback, and Jeffries went to the ESL. Many Tigers fans didn't agree.

2. He had a heap of potential, and looks like he is beginning to realise it in the ESL. There are alot of good halves in the NRL at the moment, but given time I believe he could have established himself as one of the top 10.
