Pfft. Shortland was around for years and did bugger all. Ben MacDougall is a very shrewd signing, clearly a better player than his overrated dud brothers. He did well for us in his first stint here, definitely worth the punt considering we have poor depth in the backs and he will be getting paid peanuts.
