Case Due to start on August 23rd... 2 weeks before finals time...

Hopefully the lawyers can get a few adjournments and push things off till around the next AUS v NZ test ..

Any conviction and IMO gallop will suspend him for atleast 2-4 games....Stewart was only allegedly found to be intoxicated - no evidence and he was rubbed out for 4 weeks ... plus a massive fine

They have been ordered to call witnesses for this date...surely any decent lawyer will try to get it adjourned....but worst case scenario the judge is a prick and orders the trial to proceed....it is possible that Benji may be found guilty....if so Gallop is a Merkin and will 100% suspend him...

The fact this is in front of magistrate for 3 days is ridiculous if it wasn't Marshall (celebrity) he would not have been charged FULLSTOP.
