That stuff about Benji to half was thrown up a month or so ago. Hardly ground breaking journalism... It wouldn't surprise me if Benji stays with the club but he's apparently looking for a cash cow. The Titans aren't as useful as french rugby for driving up your asking price, evidently...

I honestly dont care if he wants to go and try- good on him. If he wants to go next year whilst he is under contract all I hope is that he acts in good faith and begins negotiations asap for a mutually acceptable release. That would give us some time to sort out replacement.

Shame if he went, i mean we could replace him but we loose a huge draw card and a great football entertainer. It would free up some huge dollars as well. I read the article 2 days ago, i just read it again and i still cant see a quote or anything indicating Benji himself has shown any interest whatso ever... can you please point it out to me ?

I see the media beating it up but i dont see anythign from Benji.

His form at present isnt sending his value up so his manager is doing the talk to see if that might do the trick. As for myself, I still think he is quality even if his form is a bit patchy and would love to see him stay

There is a massive difference between journalists beating up a story with no direct quotes from the person involved and fact... :crazy:

He couldnt go soon enough for me, we'd save a heaps on the replacement and he might even be able to tackle and kick. If the only reason we keep him is because he is a drawcard for merchandise how poor are we going.
