Has anyone got full information on the coaching careers of Wayne Bennett and Chris Anderson?

Premierships won, number of tests coached, wins, losses, tours won etc.

Cheers.

Many people will disagree with me, but I hold both Anderson and Sheens in higher regard than Bennett. Simply because both Anderson and Sheens have taken sides which were never expected to win to Premierships.

Until Wayne decides to take the challenge of a club with less talent, I believe there will be that conjecture of his coaching ability. The Broncos have pretty much had everything given to them on a silver platter, especially in the earlier days.

Take Souths or Cronulla to a Premiership and he will indeed be compared to the greats.

umm for chris anderson he won 2 premierships in 95 and 99

i'm reading from the back of footy cards from 2003 - his winning percentage is 60.3%
where he coached 297 games, won 179, lost 112 and drawn 6

somebody might have an updated version

Both played for Australia-Bennet toured NZ (I think in 1971) & may have played a test.

Anderson I believed played several tests for Australia in the early 1980s. He was a top class winger as I recall.

It is true Bennett has not won premiership since 2000. However, because of the salary cap the Broncos have had to jettison many top players in the intervening period -Priddis, the three Walker brothers, Ashley Harrison & many others;lost Lote & Wendal to union.

Bennett has nurtured some good young players such as Hunt & Leon Bott in recent years.

Anyway ask NQ fans their opinion of Tim Sheens.

Anderson was a dead average player who would never have played for Australia if not for the Bullfrog. One of the most overrated players of all time.

For every NQ fan that doesn't rate him there's a Tigers fan smiling....

Exactly what I've always said, his always had a team with most of the starting 13 playing or having played Origin, and more than a handful of test players.

Would be keen to see him @ a sharkies or manly ect.

Firstly most of those have been brought throught the ranks at the Broncos, it's not an accident they are now Origin or Test players.

Secondly, yes, coaching Sharks, Manly, whoever, would be a challenge. I wonder how Stuart would go in the same situation.

Mate, poor loser is starting to look good on you.

Cowboys....

2002 11th - 12,133
2003 11th - 14,892
2004 7th - 16,696
2005 5th - 20,590

So, we both have a bandwagon, what a surprise.....

I've never denied the Cowboys bandwagon. In fact, they piss me off because I can't spread out on the hill these days.

Now, about those averages from 1995 onwards (we were crap then too), or are you qualifying II's silly claim?
