Video is from 2009 so it holds no water to the current argument.
Way before the Chameleon debacle and Tigers development was in very early stages.
Do a little research and you'll find that lots has changed and 2012 will be tough for my childhood hero.

Did you read through the whole last link? It's quite long but you'll find his appeal was dismissed.
This is just one of numerous cases pending from various investors that Chameleon burnt.

You guys think that the 24 million tied up in tigers is his? He just robs peter to pay Paul with all deals.

Oh I read the entire thing. It was actually the cross appeal of Chameleon that was dismissed. Grimaldi got spanked in the original case and his appeal was dismissed. Chameleon & Murchinson were trying to get an even better deal and that cross eppeal was dismissed

In fact I could not help but notice that his name is actually not mentioned anywhere in the legal document.

One of the partners is but not that of Mr. Elias.

The majority of any money in a development outside the major players is not the developers. Hell it is usually secured lending making up the vast majority of the money involved. The majority of these transactions take part outside the general banking system as well
