Best accoustic covers

I've just listened to a few accoustic covers eg. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=8-8nkkOA_AM and they're pretty unexpected considering how different the originals are.. does anyone have any favourites I can check out?

As far as acoustic versions go, AiC unplugged and to a lesser extent Nirvana unplugged are really top shelf. PJ have some stuff that would have been amazing if it had been recorded better.

Yeah its pretty crazy what he can do with a ukelele. Saw him live at a little country pub in Eumundi a couple of months ago.
