I don't have many Live albums but Jeff Buckley's Live at L'Olympia is great. The thrash metal version of "Eternal Life" kicks ass.

However if it happens to be an original edition vinyl pick it up as it's damn rare and colletable in it's original form.tiger pride said:ThrashViking said:One night in Bancok - Sodom
Live S**t binge and purge - Metallica
Decade of live aggresion - Slayer
When satan lives - Deicide
Live scars - Dark Angel
Another lesson in violence - Exodus
Mediolanum Capta Est - Mayhem
MTV Unplugged - Alice In Chains
Live after death - Iron Maiden
Alive in athens - Iced Earth
What is this band like? I saw an 1984 album of theirs in the bargain bin at the local record store.
If you want to check out their music I'd be much more inclined to go for either their second or fourth albums "Darkness Descends" and "Time Does Not Heal" both of which are considered to be thrash masterpieces in the saame league as "Reign in Blood" or "Master of Puppets". Their third album, "Leave Scars" is pretty cool too but marred by an utterly shithouse production alhough the recently released re-mastered version miight be better.

I'll say Hot August Night. "It's like trees in the sky".

or Sloan - Four Nights at the Palais Royale.

I have a bunch of bootlegs coming in the mail this week for bands like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Mr Bungle, Metallica, Fear Factory. Can't wait.
