Nope, not stop motion.


Its something ingeniusly simple..........The entire room is on wheels.

So the couches and Jay aren't moving at all. Just the walls around them! Camera is mounted to them so that when played back it looks like the room is still and everything else is moving. The couches are able to be attached to the walls at various points of the clip to make them appear stationary.

Then all they did was get a whole bunch of stage hands to push the room around while he danced around inside.
