Last year it was my team, Aston Villa. Jumping from 17th to 6th ... only just missing out on Euro and having to forgo a place for a 3rd division team

Truly f**king sad the way Euro and the joke FA cup works ... sif the FA cup runners up deserved a spot before Villa ... ffs who were they again ? I've completely forgotten ... they obviously suck tho  They'll get SMACKED !!

But anyway, this year i reckon it'll be Boro who will improve the most. Theyve bought superbly, which pisses me off because i could have thought Villa would have challenged with purchases like Viduka and Hassellbaink, Reiziger and Parlour. But as always, Deadly Old merkin Ellis, is too pathetic to care whether Villa make it, so i guess its Boro's turn this year.

Someone PLEASE kill Ellis for me ffs  but anyway, who the hell do you guys think will be the biggest improvers for the EPL ? Boro for mine .. who's yours ?

Boro for mine, have bought very well! 2-2 against Newcastle wasn't the best start but I still think they'll finish in the top 6!

boro will need a few games to get into a rythym. same with tottenham

if they can pick up enough points before the xmas period, they'll both be top 6 or 7

bolton will be up there this season

hopefully Spurs will improve and from what I saw on saturday night i think they will, they seemed a lot more intense and harder at the ball than last season. And Naybet's class at the back, i doubted him as a signing being 34 and all, but he proved me wrong.

And any team with defoe and king in it is always a chance

In my opinion the Spurs are the perennial underachievers. Always have a decent team, but barely ever get results that emulate that. I used to like Tottenham a lot when Poyet left us for them but I still don't mind them. Robbie Keane is a champ (and a gun too).

Such a frustrating team to support are the spurs. Like last year I think we will promise alot but deliver little. I hope they prove me wrong!!!!! We had no decent service from the mid-field last year and I can't see us having any with the players we have got this season in those positions. When we can gain some talent in the mid-field the Spurs have the potential to come on in absolute leaps and bounds. If they can give Defoe and Keane(or Kanoute) service this season, any of those three are classy enough to do some damge for Spurs this season. Come on you spurs!
