Birthday Cut off

What is the cut off date to be eligable for the U20's this year?

As in when must you have been born after?

If a player turns 20 the year of the comp they are still eligible.

Like a year or so ago, one of the players turned 20 in the second round, but continued on playing.

Yeah I know that much but there must be a date where it cuts off. Is it they must be under 20 at 1st January 2010, or at the date of the first game of the season???

If you turn 20 that year (or are younger) you are eligible to play. Same rules apply from under 6's, 7's...all the way through.

So the oldest player in next year's NYC (theoretically) would be born on 1/1/1990.
