Blake Green. Bryson Goodwin & Brett Kimmorley

All three had blinders last night.

Blake Green and Bryson Goodwin playing with so much flair and confidence that I never saw in them at Cronulla.

Was this coached out of them?

Were they not allowed to play this way?

Full marks to Kevin Moore in getting so much creativity out of his backline even though at times their pack has struggled with injuries and a lack of depth.

But the thing that amazes me most is Noddy.

He looks so fresh with so many attacking ideas on the field.

His short and long kicking game has been just superb in recent weeks.

For someone that Ricky Stuart thought was washed up. Kevin Moore is going to give him another year after this!!

It's amazing how players can play when they fill wanted and when their natural games aren't strangled.

I didn't see the game but I have a feeling you might be exaggerating to serve your tireless agenda.

If you didn't watch the game then I suggest you aren't qualified to comment!

I have however, watched other dogs games this year and Noddy dished up the same old rubbish, and Green was an absolute passenger.

Both Green and Noddy had good games for the sharks too...

Same old.

kimmorley missed his usual 10 tackles & it very nearly let the broncs back into it.
A spectacular 15 minutes by Idris , possibly the best peroformance by a dogs player since williams was the catlyst for it. Those 3 players played their best football in that 15 minute period & stood out.
The Broncs will learn off that one. One that got away very quickly.
FTR Green was a sub & did one decent kick all night.

Bryson Goodwin I think was solid enough with us. He's benefiting from playing in a team that knows how to play attacking footy.

Only reason he was dropped in his last season with us was a contract clause that enabled him to be upgraded if he played x number of first grade games with us. Shame to see him go but thats football.

What position is Green playing for the dogs?

If you didn't watch the game then do yourself a favor and try and catch a mid week replay of the game.

I wouldn't start a thread if I wasn't genuinely surprised on how well these players have been performing particularly in the past couple of weeks.

All three are showing a lot confidence and flair about their games in a Bulldogs side that definately has struggled in the forwards this year.

You gotta wonder how much of this confidence and flair has been stifled by past coaching.

He's been playing a fair bit of back row.

Looking really handy in that position.

FMD a back rower with a big long kicking game as well!

Ben Roberts was the architech. When they lost him the Broncs started coming back. Kimmorley was in status quo IMO. Goodwin was very good and so was Green. Idris is a big lump who falls into the flash category. His good stuff is very good and overshadows the myriad of errors he makes in games. 2-3 years off superstardom yet.

The other thing is the 'Dogs compete on an even level for most of the early parts of a game.

Then Ben Barba comes on and the opposition start looking nervous.

5 words - Ricky the talent killer Stuart, or you could use two words and say f**k wit, we all know who this would mean....although you could confuse this for BTR.

From what I have been told its a renewed confidence, not having to walk around on egg shells and "a happy dressing shed". I think things are a bit more relaxed at the Doggies. Maybe not as much pressure on a newer coach, than there is on Ricky Stuart.

As someone said to me last night about you:

1/ You need to take your hand off it.
2/ You need to pull up your pants
3/ You need to slowly walk away from your computer
4/ Consider never coming back.

...and it looks like the Sharks are nothing without Kimmorley.

I think we looked pretty good last night. Tim Smith goes okay at half.

If you think so much of Kimmorley then follow the Dogs - easy.

Oh and by the way, how pharkin pathetic are you - still having the Sharks as wooden spooners with a rider attached.

Did you ditch your support of the Sharks whilst Kimmorley was at the club? Think about it you *dickhead. Pretty stupid comment by you wasn't it?
