So who do you think will take it out? As much as i love this race as well as the Slipper and will always have a bet, i'm not usually a big fan on punting on 2yo races just due the sometimes unpredicatable nature of the babies. Due in part to that and the fact that i never back faves i'm gonna have a some each way on one of the roughies Minnesota Shark i think. I'll more than likely pick Exeedindly Good in the tipping comp but i'll be going for the value elsewhere with my real betting.

if Wilander has improved at all, he will be massively hard to beat

i don't see him leading tomorrow, just taking a sit, and with 300m to go he'll explode and put a couple on them. he'll be tough to run down

Wilander smashed his stable mate in their last start. I cant see Exceedingly Good winning this and as Ice suggested 2yos are unpredictable. I like Marveen but will probably pick Wilander in the comp.

I think Lukes ride flattered the performance of Wilander last start.Got its own way and grabbed a cheap sectional in front(fillys ran faster on the same day too I think from memory).
It will improve but so will that Exceedingly Good.
I'm banking on a lot of pace in this and having something on Burgeis(10's out to 12's this morning but $43 on the tote-wont start that).
Pace on will suit but certainly needs luck.
I reckon the jockey owes this horse with a great ride because he's done it tough in all 3 starts.
Real hard race and theres about 10 chances.(Chilean Miss wont start either so dont waste your money on it-Its connections will be wondering who put a hex on it).

the only worry about Wilander is if it gets into a battle for the lead early on...both Wilander and Believe'n'succeed won their Blue Diamond Prelude's by leading all the way

which would set it up for something like Exceedingly Good, Burgeis or Minnesota Shark to swoop late

I haven't had a chance of late to follow them. Been to busy.

This Wilander, it's 16/1 for the slipper.

Exceedingly good for mine, will get a good sit on the other 2 dangers Wilander and Believe'N' Succeed. And massive overs is Minnesota Shark, but it's a 2yr old race always a lottery.
