Our away games have been pretty bad. All losses have been at away games. We have to do something about that kicking behind the defensive line. Real achilles heel. No doubt Souths did it intentially and practiced in the week leading up to the game. You could clearly see it was well rehersed and they did it all fricken game. More than often crossing the line as a result. Had us on the back foot like a headless chook.

With Cliff out injured ( HOW LONG FOR ????? ) and Stevens looking at another holiday after the spear tackle, Stosic will probably step up again next week.

for me, he's been better than Mellor in both games, more of a stand out than Mellor and I've been watching the television repeating "put Vince on.."

hope the Jets come out firing, I'll be supporting them as best as I possibly can.

as for Cliff, I have no idea- he's good, saw him at Brookvale with Lafi, hope he's okay and will return sooner rather than later.

Our worst perfomance of the year just switched off and poor options allowing williams and especially Walker to dictate terms.

Thanks Nikki. We will need all the support we can get after lasts weeks performance. And I had taken that Manly game out of my memory banks, thinking the souths game was the worst. Shart. We will kill them next time.

I thought that it was a very poor effort by the Jets, with the exception of the ten minute period where the four tries were scored.
Not sure if they just decided that was enough to win the game and went to sleep or was that Souths with a whole stack of former first graders decided enough was enough and pull their fingers out????
Thought souths did well by using their pair of very quick wingers Jovan Clarke and Roy Bell and they had a far better kicking game than the boys in blue.
Hope they can turn it around against the Knights on Saturday.

The kicking game has to be countered. Jets were on the back foot as a result and did not handle the pressure. Souths quick men, ( although at times in front of the kicker, hey, but thats prem/league ref s for you ), really put pressure on us. It was so obviously their game plan, and was well rehersed at training.

how could I possibly forget that game, some Manly supporter spat in my face, because I was the only Sharks supporter in the whole bay thingy
and then I moved (for a third time) and some guy called me a "loser"
just cause it took three jerseys to cover him...
and then I left because it was the worst game- it's not one that I have ever got over, I still have nightmares of it happening again- that's why I only go to home games- the other fans seem to hate me.
