Bombs are one of the most exciting plays in the game, especially when someone like Folau or Stewart is on the end of it, you've got the defence sh*tting themselves.

They're bloody footballers. When they're out on the field they don't sit there counting, it's instinct. The ref tells them the tackle count after every single tackle for god's sake. Should he yell out "No Bomb" every time it's the 5th once they've kicked three. Fair dinkum.

After a while will there also be limits on grubbers and on chips? So eventually, if a team has had numerous repeat sets on the opposition's line, they would have to run the ball every 5th tackle?

"Surrender! 5th and last, 5th and last! No bombs, no grubbers, no chip kicks!"

Non-NRL fans would be laughing their arses off.
