A bit rich to call it a "documentary" when it is written and directed by members of the very group it aims to portray. Check this review, for balance:

I enjoyed the review as linked but I havent seen the film so I cant vouch for its accuracy.
But there were a few insightful comments about broader societal issues.
People are social animals. We like to belong. I am certain that there is good and bad in the bra boys. If people dont belong, its easy to feel isolated. Some people would rather live a more dangerous life and feel like they belong (coppers, bikies, bra boys) than to be safe but essentially lonely.
I'm not planning on visiting Maroubra anytime soon, so I am not directly affected by the bra boys. They can have their beach.
During the riots, I felt a hell of a lot safer in downtown Blacktown than anywhere east of Parramatta.
But if you want to play the tough lad, if you want the life of crime -you have to wear the usually unpleasant and mostly disasterous life-consequences.
