Bridge Climb or Skytower Walk??

Which one is better the Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb or the Sydney Tower Skywalk/Skytrek??

A relative from overseas is coming and wants to do at least one of them and has asked me which is better- I've done neither so I can't answer.

Anyone been on either and can tell me if i's worth it.

Haven't done the Sky Walk but I have done the Bridge climb and it was very good. I can't imagine the Sky Walk being better.

I have done the bridge climb. I thought it was awesome and worth the money you pay for it.

I have not done skytower so I can't really compare I am afraid.

I have done both, and this Sunday i will be doing the Bridge Climb again (last time i did it was back in 2000) i did the Skytower walk bout a year ago and it was surprisingly good though mind you I did do it at Sunset which made it even better, theres two walks on the Bridgeclimb now the bridge climb and discovery which also goes through the middle of the bridge, I'll let you know how that goes on Monday.

Thanks for the info guys and please do tell me what it is like. I haven't done either like i said but I'm thinking of going with my relative just to say I have done it basically for the experience. I myself seem to prefer the skywalk probably truth be known whilst i don't consider myself a stingy bloke I think $65 for the skywalk is better value. One day I will do the other one though haha.

LOL nah I am a little overweight haha but i have no problems walking or climbing. But Bridgeclimb is $189 and Skywalk is $65 LOL.

based on price the value of the Skywalk is great cause the training is brief unlike the bridgeclimb which seems to go forever, yet the view is the same if not better cause ur higher

Yeah insane thats what it is. Basically go up to the top of Sydney Tower LOL. Still it's not as crap you make it out though cause you are higher than any other building in Sydney.

that is a big diff, i can see why you're elaning towards the skywalk. I geuss the other thing to take into consideration is the length of time both events go for - if say the bridge climb is 90mins vs 30min for the skywalk (made up times i have no idea) then you need to take this into consideration too

Cheers I dont know how long the bridge climb takes but for the Skytrek ting it is 90 minutes but 30 minutes on the actual top of the roof... 25 mins from the observatory level and the rest is some virtual ride thing :?

Bridgeclimb is about 90 minutes of actual climbing on the bridge. It's about an hour before hand of getting ready though. I'd go bridgeclimb at sunset.

no climbing stairs in the Skywalk its just straight up the lift and outside you go

The bridgeclimb was absolutely breathtaking!!! Out over the harbour, I was in awe.

I havent done the skywalk, but I can tell you the bridgeclimb is well worth the money
