Denver Broncos vs the Bengals, seems like a bit of a fizzer for Monday night football.

But well done to the Denver Broncos they are playing great football at the moment, i think there nearly up there with the Eagles and Pats.

Being a die hard Broncos fan, I was skeptical at the beginning of the season and I still have doubts over Plummer, but he is improving and that was to be expected in his second year with the Broncos. Droughns will supplant Griffin as the starter and we still have Trevor Pryce to come back into the defensive line.

However, barring major injury, the Broncos should win their division and fight it out for home field advantage with the Colts and Patriots. Big call I know, but the Broncos schedule isn't that hard leading into the playoffs and with the number one ranked defence, they have a better shot at SuperBowl number 3 than I first realised. And as the great Vince Lombardi said, defence wins championships.

With games against:

Cincinatti (away)
Houston (home)
Oakland (home)
Miami (home)
KC (away)
San Diego (away)
New Orleans (away)
Tennessee (away)

We are a realistic chance of winning all these games. There are two tough games against Atlanta and Indy but they are both at home but I think we will finish with a 13-3 record which should be good enough to clinch home field advantage although it's hard to see who can beat the Patriots at present.

The Oakland Raiders are now one of the worst teams in the NFL

A performance of that level will not be tolerated in raider nation much longer

Disgusting

Miami, Miami, Miami.

To think I tipped them to make the superbowl last year, and this year they have so quickly become the worst team in the league.

Just Dave Wannstedt doing what he does best - running once great franchises into the ground. He did it in Chicago and now he's done it to Miami.
I think he'd be great coach of the Patriots or jets.

yeah well, thats what happens when you build a franchise around one player, and the guy decides that jetpacking around the world is more entertaining than an 8 million dollar contract...... sucks I know, but it makes the saints trade for him a few years back look all the more smarter now doesent it? Never mind, you might get him back next year, I hear hes had enough and wants to come back.... though too late for 2004 im afraid

miami dolphins - possibly the only team in the history of the nfl to have an undefeated and winless season.. R.I.P

1975 - Miami Dolphins..... the only team ever to go through a year and win it all without losing a single game.... if memory serves me correct the bears made it one year all the way to the big one, but they lost

You're very close parki but no cigar on both accounts. ;-)

It was the '72 Dolphins that went through an entire season without a loss. Beating the Redskins 17-7 in the Superbowl.

The '85 chicago bears looked like emulating this feat but the Miami Dolphins gave them their only defeat of the season in a late round Monday night game. Apparently Dan Marino had an absolute blinder in the first half.
The chicago bears beat the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl 46-10

Im sure I have heard that before, havent I.....?

Thats right.... I said this to you, in person, around 10 weeks ago. As good as the trade looks for the Saints, what have they done with those 1st round picks? Guess they have a RB who is actually playing though.
