Bronx Goodwin ???

Guys. First time forum contributor, long time dragons supporter.
I've been reading the opinions of others in this forum regarding our options at right centre.
Kyle Stanley as has been mentioned, is a dynamic player probably best suited in the halves.
Chase i feel, is a more natural centre. He was touted to be the next big star whilst still a student at Endeavour high. He has yet to cement a stable first team place at both clubs he has been to.
What about Bronx Goodwin as an option at right centre.?
He is a gifted ball runner who is smashing them in the Cutters.
His point scoring ability would i feel, give us another dimension in attack, playing alongside Nightie.
What do you guys think......?

I think Bronx is more of a specialist winger who can play fullback as well. He is a very gifted player but is one that has been plagued by injury unfortunately. When he is fit he is definately a first grade standard player who is dangerous in attack.

He had a great half on the left wing before injuring himself last season. Really looked good and very fast but who knows how much pace he will have lost to to reconstruction

Denan Kemp is also a good player we have waiting for his chance on the wing or fullback. I am sure we will see at least one of them in action during origin when Brett Morris gets picked for NSW.

I just realised that of all the Dragons starting team from No.1 - No.7 only BMoz is likely to get picked for Origin. Geez, how good is that.

Unless Carney loses the plot in Game 1 or 2, then yeah only BMoz is a chance.

Forwards are another story, Creagh, Weyman & Merrin all likely to be used for some/all of the games (depends if NSW win), Hunt not totally out of the question.

What about Bronx at no1, Moz back on his wing, Vidot replacing Prior in the back row.
The more i see of Vidot the more i like him as a 2nd rower.
He always runs the ball hard and the way he pumps his legs in the tackle is brilliant.
He is a gifted ball runner who we desperately need to get more involved.

I think many of us have had the same thoughts about Vidot, but it is hard to play him there when we have the likes of Scott and Prior playing in the centres.

I think Vidot would need a stint in the second row with the Cutters before being considered for that position in first grade. He has problems keeping hold of the ball during a hit up, has bad reads in defence and would need to adjust to the much higher work rate required.

However, I think it is time for Goodwin to make his appearance in first grade.

It's like putting second rowers in the centre. Pick Vidot at right centre and see how it goes. Price won't go for it. He is pretty set in his ways and I don't think he will come in here looking for ideas.

NSW should pick Tamou and Tariq Simms they are two big intimidating units, this will work out good for us Ricky wont have a chance to kill our players again i hope.

How good is Tariq Simms? He's only young, and could be anything. Local boy from Gerringong made REAL GOOD. I reckon the Broncs are sorry they didn't persevere with him.
