the solution is easy - get tough on these crims by all available means including military and abolish welfare and make work and national/military service compulsory.
In the constitution of the Great Soviet Union work was compulsory as was Military service, attendance at school until year 12, and after completing Military service proceeding to academies,universities,technical colleges to obtain qualifications in a specific occupation. When you completed the course of study you were then placed anywhere in the Soviet Union where your skills were required.

It seems Canterburys good form over the past 5 years has attracted more of these inverted nipples, they only come to the games when they're wining, not true supporters and once Canterbury go through a lean patch over a few years expect these inbreds to stay away.
