He's now in his best position , had a fantastic game yesterday and is a confidence player. When the team is going well he is playing and kicking well, when they're not he looks scared of the ball. If he wasn't our best yesterday he was definately top 3.

Burty has been terrific for us since going back on the wing, he has struck up a nice combo with Hayne at the back as well. Great to see his goal kicking back to it's best as well.

i'm not his biggest fan, but with confidence he's doing some good things on the wing and his kickings improved. Thats why throughout his career he's always performed well on winning teams. When we're going average he isnt going to get you out of a rut and be consistently good, lets be honest.

For the time being he more than deserves his spot as his contributing, but if everyones fit and available he'd be my reserve back next year, and not in the origin team.

So you dont think on form he is playing better than Grothe/inu and even Reddy?I would think Lukes our best outside back in the last 6 weeks.

Stagger, the Eels were wobbling from the beginning of the 2nd half until that great catch from Luke. The Knights intensity was stronger than the Eels during that time of onslaught and it was Burt who put the Eels intensity back on the front foot. HE ALONE LIFTED THE WHOLE TEAM. Yes the Eels defence held them out but gees it looked like it was only minutes before the Knights would score a try. But then along came Burty boy.... and the course of the game changed forever.
