Yep, careless...that's the one.

Reckless is the same - but with a bit more with danger & intent to injure - or at least to not take due care NOT to injure!...but not enough to actually be graded INTENTIONAL.

Given the speculation regarding Woolfords boxing ability he can f*** right off.

The refereeing was fine, get over it, for poor refereeing see the Cowboys and Warriors getting robbed..

Did you even watch the Warriors/Roosters game? How were the Warriors robbed? I thought I'd gone to sleep for 10 years and woke up to find the forward pass rule had been abolished. There were at least 3 blatant forward passes from the Warriors in the first half alone that were let go. Even the extremely biased NZ commentators couldn't believe it (but didn't they cry blue murder when the Roosters had one go their way in the 2nd half).
If you're referring to the knock on call that resulted in a try, I'm surprised the Roosters didn't get a penalty for Roberts being tackled without the ball.

I winced when I saw it definately worth of a minimum two week stint on the sideline, gotta love players like him Wiki and a few others that spend nearly as much time suspended as on the field!

Care to name them??

Gladly.

Jason Smith
Simon Woolford
Clinton Schifcofske
Craig Frawley
Ryan O'Hara
Michael Weyman
Michael Hodgson
Adam Mogg
Alan Rothery
Terry Martin
Nathan Smith
Damon Alley-Tovio

All were unavailable for the matches against the Storm and the Knights (with the exception of Mogg who played against the Storm). Quite a sizeable chunk there, yet the Raiders never went on and on about how they had such an injury crisis.

Woolford has been charged and will receive 3 weeks with an early plea, according to the article... although looking at the points breakdown on the NRL website it looks like it will be just 2.

Quite ironic that a Warriors fan is calling a player a thug when his team is full of the most thugish, grubbiest players in the NRL!

Jason Smith - suspended...HIS problem!
Simon Woolford - DITTO!...Coash your players to keep it clean - and you'll keep 'em on the field!
Clinton Schifcofske - Bad luck. He is class!
Craig Frawley - No Frawley? How DID you ever cope?! What a MASSIVE loss!
Ryan O'Hara - Again, bad luck there.
Michael Weyman - A decent up & comer. Fair enough.
Michael Hodgson - Likewise.
Adam Mogg - Garden variety frst grader. Still - would have commanded a place in the 13.
Alan Rothery - See Craig Frawley
Terry Martin - See Rothery & frawley
Nathan Smith - Is he even in first grade when all players are fit?!
Damon Alley-Tovio - WHO!??!?!

All were unavailable for the matches against the Storm and the Knights (with the exception of Mogg who played against the Storm). Quite a sizeable chunk there, yet the Raiders never went on and on about how they had such an injury crisis.

Awww, for a WHOLE two games u couldn't choose these players??? Diddums! See comments above. :p

 i always get a cheap laugh when the post count gets brought up
i at this time am awaiting 2nd semester of Tafe, work about 12-15 hours a week at Woolies. And get enough socialising to fullfil me, havnt done much with myself since completing the HSC, thought i deserved a good 6-12 month bludge period after 13 years of school. The reason i have so many posts is simple. Id rather sit here chatting about the greatest game of all than sit infront of the idiot box all day. But hey say what you will. No skin off my nose

I dont post here in hopes people will like me, i post here as i love league and wish to express my opinions on this great game, funnily enough most hate me which i find halarious, given im spose to be a bloke who lives my life though this place yet i dont take it seriously enough to care about any individual. Ive lost count of how many times someone has said in an arguement "me and so and so we're talking at the game and everyone agreed your a wanker", i love it that im a discussed topic on the various hills of league games around the country

Its funny people make assumptions about my life. No one on this forum know me from a bar of soap, so they are basing their assumptions on... well not much... its like me assuming that because your a dogs fan, you must be a Mediterranean Descendant, violent and have a generally no repect for your female counterparts. But of corse i dont know you so im not willing to make such assumptions

Some around here could do worse than follow that lead but meh, like i said, no skin off my nose

You really do need to get yourself a girlfriend, 69.

69...

Plenty of time to be avoiding the females, AFTER youre hitched.

Woolford doesnt really do himself any favours with the referee's. Dont forget Woolford is always yammering in the referee's ear every game. Not to mention the swearing, the lack of respect. Granted nobody holds a candle to Michael Monaghan, but its still pretty bad. Not a good image to send to young players in the Under 6's.

I agree with Gary Freeman's assessment of the tackle. Nothing more than a penalty warranted. He was spot on when he said that there are some things most players can do, but certain players cannot, and Woolford is one of the players who cannot.

It is obvious that he is being targeted over other players who commit similar offences yet go unpunished.
