Wrongful dismisal cases are usally heard in a TRIBUNAL. If I was one of the Sharks lawyers, thats where I would have the case heard for starters!

Then the appeals start and thats when we end up in a real court. BUT, most of it would have been vented in the Tribunal and you need NEW evidence for an appeal!

The timing was a disappointment though!!
CA, and his Lawyers know the BIGGEST game for us and I'm sure he waited till now to serve the papers deliberately!!

An oppurtinity comes knocking as coaching director at souths, and he gets the papers in before he accepts any further employment.

That way he can say that the deal he gets at souths would have been higher were he not sacked at the sharks.
