The club has been run into the ground thanks to the club's management. Gemtiger, you can run with ASX200 companies examples all you want, the difference is you are talking about accomplished business people, guiding companies turning over in most cases in excess of $250,000,000 not a gambling hall with a bistro. I have a feeling that there will be no club to direct, prior to the current lot of 'directors' being voted out now.

It is fine to say as a director you love the club, but if that is the only reason you can justify being on the board or senior management team, then maybe its time to get off the boat.

I would like to see the annual figures relating to the deterioration of the club for the past 15 years.

For their Assets and Partners sakes, i hope they have a Directors & Officers Liability policy in force with a rather large limit.
