Captain in 1983

I've been asked to find out who was the last captain of Newtown before they got punted in 1983. I've checked a number of sites but with no luck.
I've been given 3 possibilities. ie Warren Boland, Ken Wilson or Tommy R.
Grateful for any help.

I thought Tommy was gone by the end of 1982 and that Boland only played for Wests.

Boland didn't play for Newtown, but he did play for Balmain & St.George as well as Wests.
