1-5, dead last in the NFC South, lost to San Diego.

Is there any way out? Have they played any of the other teams in their division again?

Can we put this solely to injuries?

I think they are gone mate, they have lost their big play receiver (Steve Smith - season), their No.1 runner (Stephen Davis) and their No.1 DT (Kris Jenkins who is the arguably the best DT in the NFL). This means they have no deep passing game, no running game and no run defence. Maybe next year.

Add to that their number 2 runner in DeShaun Foster as well.

Delhomme might have done OK last year, but he is far from a top tier quarterback and he is no where near capable of carrying a team.

Agreed, I think theyre done for the season. Dont know why but ive tipped them in nearly every game this season and they always come up with badlosses. Jake Delhomme was fantastic last season but this season he looks awful.

Yeah, the Chargers are our main competition in the AFC West this year. They have done surprisingly well, even without Tomlinson doing all that well.

Im on the Chargers bandwagon, Im a massive fan of Antonio Gates - he has had such a significant impact on that offence, if for nothing else the attention he draws away from LT
