Drawn well in gate 2 is Sonaran. With his blistering early speed he should be able to sit just in behind the leaders and pounce on the backmarkers down the straight to run about 7th in the 12 horse field.

Not to keen on offloading a humby to buy him though. We'd be better of kicking in a humby each and make something favourite.

And for the twist, you don't try and pick the winner, you need to pick where Sonaran will finish
