According to our information, the Catalan Dragons are planning to increase the capacity of the Gilbert Brutus stadium, which can currently accommodate a little over 10,000 people.


As the project for the new Guasch grandstand has not yet been approved, the Catalan Dragons are considering an alternative solution in order to increase capacity, in particular reception rooms. The stadium's capacity would increase from 10,460 to 13,000 people. The idea would be to build half a grandstand in the extension of the turn and to mount temporary grandstands to complete it.

The town hall of Perpignan has not yet bought the house of discord in order to allow the total construction of it, it would be an alternative solution allowing the reception of more spectators. The club is currently in talks with the department and the region to try to get part of the subsidized project.
