Catalans Vs Huddersfield

If the Dragons win this match tomorrow, they should more or less finish in 3rd place on the SL table, that's pretty amazing considering how their first two seasons went.

Who would've thought they'd be fighting it out to actually make the GF this year?

And when you consider they will have a home semi final and possibly two, anything can happen.

Well done to everyone involved.

Really really good stuff. In the shadow of the doom and gloom sit two of the best ever expansion exercises in the recent history of Rugby League, Catalan and the Gold Coast.

Well done to the Dragons, I listened to it on BBC and it sounded like a very good match with the lead changing a few times.

They will definitely finish in the top 3 now and get a home semi final, if they can win that, I think they will get a second one which will be a massive advantage, well done.

What a season so far.

And well done Hudderfield on dropping the prices of season tickets down to as low as 80 pounds for early birds and 90 pounds after that, I hope you get a couple more thousand ST holders, it's the way of the future.

I went along Parra, it was a decent game with plenty of tension rather than classy rugby, mainly because of the poor weather.
like you say the lead changed hands a fair bit and it was tight at HT and FT, even klein was reasonably quiet!
It was a great evening out almost like a mini GF with Hull KR, Hull, Wigan Leeds, Bradford NL and Ameteur clubs fans even a stray Quins fan!

Sounds like Hudders done a good thing, lets hope a few of the other smaller clubs do something like this to get more fans in.

The guys on the radio where very impressed with the turnout, I only hope most were locals instead of RL fans in general.

I only hope most were locals instead of RL fans in general.

I think there were a lot of interested locals, and regrettably a few soccer type morons who didint stop swearing and abusing catalans fans the whole game, but they were certainly a minority and suggested to me that there was a lot of non-regular RL interest there.

I just hope some people there (not the soccer morons) take up the season ticket offer and give this club some decent gates to play in front of, because despite what was a good crowd, for free admission the ground was still less than half full.

Whilst most RL fans would commend Hudds initiative people outside the game may look at that less positivly

There are two sides to every coin.
