Build a bridge. What's your problem with Cayless or me for that matter?

You're pretty much trying to ridicule everything I say, so I'm done arguing with you. It's pointless.

I'll make sure to personally write a letter to Nathan Cayless, explaining that he should resort to personal attacks and swearing next time. That MIGHT be sufficient for you.

I have no problems with Nathan Cayless, or you personally.

What I do have a problem with is the fact that you (along with others) are talking him up as a hero who has come out and said "f**k you Jamie, we don't need you, go to Manly with Cleal you little tosser" when really he sat on the fence.

Nathan didn't say Jamie would not be welcome back, and even if you read into what he said you still couldn't draw that conclusion, that's all I said.

And I'm ridiculing what you say because it is ridiculous, you made out like Cayless said something brave that he didn't, then you backflipped and made out like he was forced to hold back, that is ridiculous in my books.

well i'd say what caylo said definitely gives the impression that he isn't overly impressed with jamie.

but he's a mature experienced guy and didn't unload in public (he wouldn't be our captain if he let fly every time a reporter asked him something) - maybe he didn't want to unload anyway, maybe he's over it.

if he had absolutely no problem with jamie I think he would have readily said "great, we'd love to see him back" ... but there was nothing like that

It's not ridiculous. The Eels are well known for their discipline, so it comes as no great surprise that he didn't come out and verbally bash the guy.

Put it this way - I'm happy that the club (through Cayless) has said SOMETHING about it, rather than let Lyon use them again.

I do tend to favour the team Captain over the team Sellout in this situation.

personally i would prefer lyon to caylo as far as a player with ability and skill, but everyone is so DEFIANTLY cutting off their noses to spite their faces you seem to be missing the point of having an awsome team, just because he sh*t on us previously.give the bloke a go at least, i dont give a sh*t how we win a premiership [as long as its not cheating]as long as we do.Lets face it that dribble against the cowboys was pathetic, adding lyon to the fold cant make us any weaker only stronger. remember if you want to win you need quality MARQUEE players who have been ther and done thaqt and they dont come around that often. Its time to reap the seeds that parra have sown with this guy not let some other club have the benefit of all parras workCOME HOME JAMIE help us win a premier ship

Jamie is a great player, probably the best centre in the game, isn't that a good enough reason for some people to hope that he is coming back?

Nope, I would prefer to win a premiership with Loyal players than with a sellout
