Chagning to another player in defence

I find that when I change players while defending, it changes to the player outside the ball. So for example, if the ball goes to the left of the field, I hold left direction to get my player running towards the guy with the ball. When I change players, I am usually still holding left and so the guy run away from the ball carrier. Man this is hard explain!!! Do you get what I mean? As they pass left, if the INSIDE player got highlighted, I could continue to hold down left and he would run at the ball carrier... Confused?

yeah its tuff but u get used to it

if they go right, press change player and left
if they go left, change player and press right

90% of the time change player goes to a defender on the outside of the ball carrier

it needs to be tweaked a little for the sequel, coz on legend u get punished for any lacklustre defense, and the change player doesnt help, coz if u 90% always get the outside defender, and u come in to make a tackle....hello overlap, nice to meet you, my defender had to come in, and now its 3 on 2, oh shit, turn and chase!!!

I'm sure this will be fixed for the sequel. It's annoying when you want to switch to the player straight in frint of the ball carrier but the computer selects the fullback standing behind the line instead!

Yeah i hate how it does that but you gotta get used to it and once you do it's fairly easy.

if they make a break on legend theyll kill u

specially in tri series i always get beaten on legend in that even though i can win origin on league god!
