Campo for mine

Chalk hasnt been the same since elliott tried to make him a backrower. He needs to find a position and specialise, the same could be said about campo, but i feel based on performances this campo is more accomplished in his various positions then Chalk

Campo is a reasonable 5/8th, a good centre and a capible backrower

Campese for myn.
Purely on seeing how good this bloke is, from the 2 games his played for us so far.

Chalk on the other hand is a mobile player too who can fill in the backs and as a running backrower.

he was ok on saturday campese. looks to have a good kicking game and could give you some variety off the bench.

I reckon you'd be able to squeeze both of them into the side somewhere, Chalk should be in the backline when he's fully fit while I reckon Campo would go well off the bench in a permanent role.

I also thought maybe you could make him lock and put Tonguey in the second row, but that's a bit left field.

Nah because we have a sh*tload of forward depth and i think you need to make the most of it with the big guys. I just think you need a bit of size in the pack and tongue wouldnt offer that. I dont think we should compromise our pack for campsese.

Campese for this year, imo is the answer to our centre problem, its noted that centre and 5/8th and to a degree backrow are interchangeable these days, he fits the bill, quick and strong enough to create some havok out wide, ball skills and vision to put his outside man away, gives us another kicking option and defencively he is safe as a bank

Chalk has a slight advantage in that he's a solid fullback if needed, whereas all of the spots Campo can fill can be covered by sliding Costigan, Withers and Tongue around.

Still, If Campo keeps playing like last week you'd have to choose him because he really brings a lot to the team.
For mine thats what it comes down to - if Campo can consistently play like he has this year in first grade - Campo is the top choice.

If only we didn't have such an awesome back row they'd both fit in.

Neither to be honest... that Campese bloke on the other hand...

I agree!

Chalks form has been down this year while Campo is starting to show his talent.

Campese would be perfect in the centres. His defence is strong and he would take some pressure off Carney and Dobson if needed, especially if one of them was unfortunately injured during a game.

Chalk would be good off the bench. He doesn't muck around when he has the ball and always goes hard.

I reckon their both as good as each other.
I'd like to see Campo do well and get out of his Uncle spotlight and as for Chalky well the guy is a top bloke off the field and he has done nothing wrong.
