Channel 7 has announced it's commentary team for the World Cup

Channel 7 have announced their full team for their coverage of this year's Rugby League World Cup.

Jim Wilson will host the coverage. Lead commentators jnclude Dan Ginnane, Andrew Moore & Mark Braybrook. Expert Analysis will come from former players Brett Kimmorley, Laurie Daley, Andrew Ryan, Gary Belcher, Adrian Morley, Ryan Girdler, Scott Sattler and Brent Tate. Also featuring on the coverage will be journalist Renee Gartner and Jillaroo Alannah Ferguson.

The men's World Cup starts on October 27 with Australia v England in Melbourne.
The women's World Cup will start with a triple header on November 16 at Cronulla's Shark Park.

More commentators may be announced closer of the tournament.

I'm sure his commentary would improve, if only Ch 7 could organise 5 fullbacks to co-commentate.

I don't mind this. Not surprised Braybrook got a gig considering he was calling Rugby 7s for Ch 7 last year. Only downer is no Vossy with his clichés and facts about International Rugby League, but hopefully Andrew Moore will fill that void.

I thought I would never have to hear bloody braybrook again with his constant questioning of every single ref decision through out the game

3 days after being announced as a RLWC Commentator, Dan Ginnane is still talking Origin and playing excerpts of a interview Daley did last night.. :expressionless: Wonder if he'll mention the WC at all..??

I heard ginnane on the radio talking about the wc. He is apparently calling only 3 games in total, didn't make a big fuss about it but was kind of positive about it.
