I resisted the urge to block the kid because when he isn't wallowing in self pity or talking about his imaginary friend, his opinions are interesting (that goes for another person on here who gets upset when his rumours get disproven too)

Not always correct, but still interesting.

If everyone took disagreements of opinion or low level shit stirring as personal attacks, there'd be no conversations here at all.

I've blocked him, which means one less person to discuss football with.

If that's how you run a forum, to protect the overly sensitive feelings of one or two people at the expense of open dialogue, fine. It's childish and pathetic, but it's your forum to run.
