The Charity Shield will be shown LIVE on Foxsports 3 (Channel 503), Saturday 27th February 7.30-10.30pm

There will also be a replay Sunday Morning at 6am.

Yeah, that's listed too on the link (FS3 HD part). Wasn't really sure what the difference was.
