I am a casual supporter of the Swans. Haven't seen much of their games this year, but I think we're doing quite all right at the moment from all reports.

Bubble will burst. I don't care what anyone says .... They are playing at peak and have been for a long time.

There are at least 5 teams in the comp (St Kilda, Brisbane, Port Adelaide, Fremantle (Lets see how the Swannies handle Freo in Perth rather than Sydney) & Essendon) who are far better than Sydney and I think Essendon may prove it this week.

Mel it's obvious your still hurting at the fact that Richmond never play at their peak.

We will be there in September and I'm confident in saying the Tigers wont be. There's always those draft picks to look forward to. ;-) :D

Cool, I'm in the Swans CS with one of the big flags. Why don't you drop by at half time? ;-)

I'm looking forward to our boys getting back on the winners board with a big percentage booster against the Tiges. :D

And gess lets all hope the standard of umpiring improves

P.S. There's three of you in the Richmond CS? Only 3 Tigers supporters willing to travel up this year? :(

You three will fly away when your banner goes up :D

LMAO no i meant we stand out amongst them given Stewie is a tiny tiny tiny man lol

Richo and Staff should both be back next week. We'll be back on track soon enough :) So long as they keep playing with heart ....

If Richmond happen to win and you see three Richmond fans after the game walking from the ground singing "Oh East Melbourne... Oh East Melbourne... is wonderful" ... That would be us ;-)

LOL

Last time we went to the SCG for a Swans Richmond H & A game we got a little tanked before the game and they let us go out with the run through (Bloody sydney siders get the lingo right ... ) and if you watch the game closely you can see Stewies Balmain Tigers hat falling down the middle of the thing (was on my head so have to take the blame ;-) ) as Richmond ran trhough. lol He still won't let me forget that one 4 years or so on.

I think that was the last time Dave let us go out with it so we usually don't sit with them anymore, but it's best to be amongst friends in a crowd of 30,000 barracking against you :)

 I have had my own problems with the CS and being tanked before and during a game. I'm pretty embarrassing actually #-o

I've always been reminded of my drunken antics at a North game when I ran through their CS with a massive Swans flag after we had won

The North CS members were definately not impressed and I copped a few punches in the back. :)

My mate Scott has a tendancy to head towards the opposition cheer squad when we are losing ... Unfortunately he is a big big boy and very difficult to hold back lol, thankfully he usually drinks more than us so that helps :)

(He's not coming this w/e cause Tam and I both refused to pay for him ;-) )

Are the Richmond grog squad as bad as the Carlton and Hawthorn grog squads? :D

Hawthorn on previous visits to the SCG I think take the cake. Ahh the good old days at the SCG where CS where located side by side in the bays behind the scoreboard end goals.

Even the ferals who support Collingwood have been known to whinge about the Richmond 'Grog Squad' area ;-)

Congratulation Mel on a good victory.

The Swans were disgraceful yesterday.

I noticed another Richmond feral being ejected from the ground for shoving and abusing Nick Davis.

BTW, the singing of your club song at the end of the game was amazing. The "Yellow and Black" was particularly awesome from the Tiger army ;-)

Gees, it's now going on three weeks now since i last heard "Cheer Cheer the Red and the White" after the final siren

I don't know if disgraceful is the word, the were flogged by a man in sensational form.

& yes, this small number of idiots is getting tiresome and putting all of us in a bad light. Admittedly it appears the footballer did say something to him but there is no excuse.

We put 20,000 Sydneysiders to shame yesterday... Outcheered on your own home ground even when the game was in the balance. Truely terrible.

Don't know about outcheered entirely. Definately when you guys hit the lead. Seems to be a Sydney thing with the crowd being flat when the result aint going our way, particularly the Sunday games.

BTW Mel do you think the Tigers can make the finals?

If they play another 15 games with that heart and belief in themselves that they have been playing with the last two weeks? Yes.

However this is a Richmond side and lets face facts, Richmond sides in the past have been known to fall into the shit we saw from rounds 2-5 this year.

So I really don't know. If we can beat the Dogs tomorrow and then pick up the West Coast match in two weeks ... Maybe.
