Just found this one racenet.com.au:

The ABC and Channel nine have confirmed Hong Kong based top Australian jockey Chris Munce has been detained by local ICAC authorities at Hong Kong airport this morning en route to Sydney.
When approached for confirmation by racenet this afternoon, Hong Kong Jockey Club chief steward Jamie Stier refused to comment as did the ICAC office.
Munce had a highly successful season in Hong Kong finishing third in the premiership with 51 wins but withdrew his license for the next season last month citing family reasons.
Munce was last in Australian on the June long weekend and won the Group One T.J.Smith aboard the John O'Shea-trained Reigning To Win.

Channel 9 just had a quick news briefing during the ad breaks and they said it has to do with an illegal betting fix.

Jockey Chris Munce yesterday surrendered his passport to Hong Kong ICAC and was questioned by Hong Kong stewards over his arrest at the Hong Kong International airport on Monday night.
Munce was released on bail by the ICAC yesterday and details of a case against him are expected to be known with the next 48-hours.
The investigation code-named "Twin Towns" into the alleged corruption “ tips-for-bets bribery scam” revealed that Munce had allegedly accepted advantages, either directly or through the middlemen, from illegal bookmakers and punters for providing tips relating to his mounts in various race meetings.
The alleged advantages were believed to be in the form of bets placed by the illegal bookmakers and punters on the jockey's behalf, as well as dividends generated from those bets.
Investigation revealed that on a number of occasions during the last racing season which ending last Sunday, bets totalling about $0.6 million were placed on behalf of the jockey, who had received, or was expecting to receive, dividends totalling about $1.6 million.
The others arrested were four suspected illegal bookmakers, as well as two other individuals who allegedly acted as middlemen in the bribery scam.
