Has he played his last game for you now? He looked like he was becoming a first choice half back at the end of the season, was it due to his form or someone injured that gave him the chance?

Yep he is returning to England, he has said he would like to be back at Parramatta after a couple of seasons back there

He was actually slotting into 5/8 for the last few games. Smithy finally gave him a shot in the halves with Witt after Dykes was out with his long term rib injury.

I thought he tried...maybe a bit too much but he goes alright for a pom.

Yep, we're over and done with for the year. He finally established himself in the side - after he made the decision to return to Huddersfield.

Our supposed main playmaker (Adam Dykes) was injured (as usual) second half of the year, though Thorman might have hit his form, confidence and a starting spot a lot earlier if our coach didn't persist with a strange halves combo (picking a lock with a five-eighth?) at the start of the year (imo).

He went alright towards the end of his run. Definately made the transition too early. He hadn't hid his peak in the ESL, he couldn't expect to make it first at NRL level.

He was good for the two games we won. But his defensive is absolutely horrid. He misses tackles when they need to be made. I would like to see him back but in a few years.

He was better then that, his form in the last few games when he went to 5/8 showed that.

I feel so sorry for him, he is a quality player.....and i have no doubts we will see him either back in OZ or in the GB team.

he was nothing special, next year with the people coming in he would have deffinately struggled to keep his position
